Mark Allen Stuart

Mark Stuart has been an officer in four publicly held companies and has had the opportunity to lead several public and private world-class organizations. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and was recruited into senior operating, marketing, strategic planning and general management positions at Blockbuster Entertainment, The Kobacker Company, and EZCorp in addition to being part of the 5-person team that managed the IPO of Linens ‘n Things on the NYSE.

During this time, and in addition to base responsibilities, Mark gained invaluable experience in the areas of Mergers, Acquisitions, Capital Raising and Initial Public Offerings. From crowd funding to Venture Capital and Private Equity Mark has been involved with over $2.5B in fund raising to date.

In 1997, he founded VCdna, a consultancy centered on strategic business development and Corporate Operations Engineering©. During this period, he also served as the CEO of Mainline Marketplace and managed the sale of the business to ChannelSpace Entertainment, becoming the acquirers’ CEO as a component of the transaction and subsequently serving as COO of O2 Essential Marketing Technologies upon its acquisition of ChannelSpace.

Mark integrated his consulting practice into Kanter International, a business consultation firm, in 2002 and served as President, Strategy leading 120+ projects on behalf of 75+ clients. Concurrently Mark was placed as Chairman of Hollandia International – US, responsible for delivering the global brand to the US marketplace.

In 2007 Mark began an independent practice focusing his efforts on managing a unique portfolio of clients in a diverse range of categories and industries. Specializing in high impact business plan development, start-up business cycling, vertical expansion, progressive reorganization and strategic growth planning and as well as CEO/Senior management coaching and strategic development, Mark blends business vision with operational execution to insure cohesive realization of each business’s objectives.

Mark, a scholarship student-athlete graduated from Rice University in 1984 with 3 majors of study and currently lives with his wife Jackie, their 15 year-old daughter Natalie, and 5 year old Shih-Poo Princess outside of King of Prussia, PA.

Mark, a former board member of the American Red Cross CC and the Elmwood Park Zoo, also currently serves as CEO of Hydraulic Entertainment, a film and music production and distribution company. An avid collector, Mark balances his time studying several distinct collectible categories and is the founder and past President of the AOA.
